Northwest Iowa's most unique 18 hole golf course is setting the standard for quality public golf in the region.

Landsmeer means "Lake of the Land" in the Dutch language, reflecting both the unique Dutch heritage of Orange City, and the nature of the golf course.

The prairie style course sprawls over 160 acres of rolling hills. It features bent grass greens and blue grass fairways lined with tall, rippling native grasses - thus the "lake" effect. Two lakes and streams provide challenges on the front nine, while the back side offers a more links style atmosphere.

Designed by golf course architect Don Sechrest of Kansas City, Landsmeer offers 18 holes, each with its own character, making for a memorable round of golf, every time.
